Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, announced the completion of its acquisition of PROS Holdings, Inc. (“PROS”), a leading provider of AI-powered SaaS pricing and selling solutions, in an all-cash transaction valuing PROS at approximately $1.4 billion. With the completion of the transaction, PROS shareholders will receive $23.25 per share in cash for each share of common stock they owned.
