The conference includes informative lectures and hands-on labs led by design and engineering professionals and product developers, plus customer case histories, end-user interaction and networking events. CAU2014@HxGN LIVE sessions are applicable to owner operators and to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies and fabricators, and the event draws attendees from around the world to Las Vegas to gain technical knowledge and improve organizational performance.

CAU2014@HxGN LIVE opens on Monday, June 2, at 9 a.m. with the welcome keynote address by Rick Allen, president of Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis Solutions (ICAS) and executive vice president of Intergraph Process, Power & Marine, and ICAS executive team members. Allen and his team will discuss advancement in Intergraph's offerings and share future product plans.

Allen said, "CAU2014 presents existing and experienced users of CADWorx, CAESAR II and PV Elite content to make them better designers and engineers. Also, in February Intergraph acquired GT STRUDL®, a leading computer-aided structural engineering (CAE) software system, and we are pleased to offer GT STRUDL technical sessions covering areas as they relate to applications of GT STRUDL for structural analysis and design projects in the process, power and marine industries.

"This is CAU's second year as a part of HxGN LIVE, which gives companies that are looking to increase their opportunities and grow their capabilities a chance to learn about Hexagon's other offerings from both Intergraph and Leica Geosystems in a user-friendly environment."
