Creaform announced that it has moved its Montréal office.
Creaform’s new Montréal facilities, now located in Laval, will be mainly dedicated to the company’s engineering and metrology services as well as sales of its 3D optical technologies. The office will be inaugurated on May 15, 2014 in the presence of Mr. David De Cotis, Vice-President of the City of Laval’s Executive Committee.
“Our teams will benefit from improved CAD product development facilities, with larger areas for engineering activities and a state-of-the-art metrology laboratory. In addition, an automated MetraSCAN-R 3D inspection cell is now fully operational,” explained David Gagné, Vice-President of Creaform’s 3D Engineering and Metrology Services.
“These facilities will enable us to better serve our ever-growing customer base as well as support our business development initiatives in the aerospace, transportation, manufacturing among many others,” added Stéphane Galibois, Vice-President of Sales – Americas.
This announcement coincides with its recent high-profile product launches: the latest generation of its handheld portable HandySCAN 3D and Go!SCAN 3Dscanners as well as VXmodel its new scan-to-CAD post-treatment software module .
