CSC has announced the next generation of its structural BIM integration software for Autodesk’s Revit 2015.
Structural BIM Integration between CSC’s steel building design software, Fastrak, and concrete building design solution, Orion, with Autodesk’s Revit® is now a standard workflow for many Structural Engineers. This latest release aligns CSC’s design products even further with the recent release of Revit® Structure 2015.
CSC’s Integrator provides enhanced levels of integration, synchronising full or part models between the engineer and Revit modeller, with the ability to manage the entire process including: added, deleted and modified members and their associated design data.
“CSC’s Integrator has become an important part of our design process” stated Ian Walker, Partner at Billinghurst George & Partners. “The ability to synchronise and share models between Fastrak and Revit has proven invaluable to help us maximise BIM in our organisation, leading to an increase in productivity.”

In addition, auditing features in CSC’s design tools are significantly helping clients to audit their Revit data, ensuring topics of connectivity and design assumptions are correct before integrating with analysis and design, saving many hours of wasted modelling time.
CSC is pleased to offer technical support, training and consultancy services to help users get the best from Structural BIM.
