The Board of Directors of ESI Group, on the recommendation of the Compensation, Nomination and Governance Committee, will propose the nomination of two new independent directors, Ms Véronique Jacq and Ms Rajani Ramanathan, at the next Annual General Meeting on 24 July 2014.
