Erich Litch has joined Viewpoint Construction Software® in a newly created role as General Manager, North America. Erich will have direct responsibility in all North American customer facing departments including Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support and Learning Services.
Earlier this year, Viewpoint restructured its organization creating three separate divisions to scale and support growing global efforts. These divisions are Europe-Middle East-East Africa (EMEA), Australia-New Zealand and North America. Alun Baker is the General Manager for EMEA, and Scott Haladay serves as GM for Australia-New Zealand. With Erich Litch now joining the team and serving the U.S. and Canadian markets, the three divisions have the organizational leadership needed for continued growth and development. Viewpoint has been the construction industry’s technology partner of choice for more than 35 years, serving customers in over 28 countries, and is an innovator in the construction-specific software market space.

Erich lives in Portland and will be based out of Viewpoint's headquarters on Water Avenue. Prior to joining Viewpoint, Erich served in several roles at Fiserv, most recently as President of the Digital Channels division, which focused on online, mobile and tablet solutions for financial institutions, including some of the largest and smallest in the world. Erich received his BA from UCLA before going on to Loyola for his law degree. Over the past 14 years Erich has focused entirely on developing and growing software businesses and has progressed through increasing roles and responsibilities including SVP Corporate Development, EVP Sales & Marketing, SVP Sales & Strategy and SVP/GM Consumer Services.
