CoSign by ARX and McKit Systems have teamed up to create the CoSign Connector for Teamcenter. The new connector is the latest addition to the long list of products that integrate CoSign digital signatures into leading enterprise management systems.
Medimop, a major manufacturer of medical devices, uses Siemens Teamcenter to manage their medical device product lifecycle. A long-term CoSign customer, they are now also using the CoSign Connector to integrate CoSign digital signatures into their Teamcenter system. Yafit Heidenfeld, IT & MIS Director at Medimop, reports that “the new CoSign Connector for Teamcenter is working well for us. It has saved us multiple steps in our workflow as we design and update our medical products.”
The CoSign Connector for Teamcenter enables organizations to completely eliminate paper from signature-dependent processes in their PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, thereby eliminating unnecessary costs and driving increased efficiency. With CoSign’s digital signature capabilities seamlessly integrated into Teamcenter, professionals can sign a variety of file types directly within Teamcenter’s native workflows, including PDF files generated from Word and Excel documents and CAD drawings. The flexible solution supports various Teamcenter configurations and implementations including Rich Client, Web Client and Sign from Email.
“Our goal is to help our customers improve both their productivity and their security, whether they are using Teamcenter or any other enterprise management system,” said Ilan Patashnik, COO at ARX. “McKit has done a great job making CoSign features seamlessly available to Teamcenter users, creating a must-have combination for organizations wanting to take full advantage of modern PLM software.”
“We are very pleased with our ARX partnership,” said Ishay Weingarten, Deputy CEO and COO at McKit. “The CoSign Signature APIs made it easy for us to add digital signatures to Teamcenter. With the new CoSign Connector for Teamcenter, our customers can easily lower costs, make faster decisions and perform better audits through digital transformation of the relevant processes.”
