Infor Announces New Partnerships for Public Sector

Infor today announced momentum behind new partnerships focused on the public sector. AltumGcom Software, and Cybermedia Technologies (dba CTEC) have all joined the Infor Partner Network (IPN) to provide implementation support and services for Infor public sector customers across North America. These additions will help organizations that include state, local and federal government agencies, schools and libraries, and public safety and utilities. By partnering with Infor, each company will benefit from exclusive IPN tools such as Infor Launchpad. As a result, customer organizations will have more direct access to local resources and experienced consultants whose expertise lies specifically in technology for the public sector.

"This year Infor will continue to focus on expanding the IPN with well qualified partners such as these who can provide valuable, industry-specific assets to our customers," said Lynn Sauder, vice president, Global Alliances, Infor. "We also plan to consistently enhance our enablement initiatives to help partners bring added value to each phase of the product lifecycle and become an integral component of our company-wide strategy to deliver beautiful business applications with deep micro-vertical functionality."

Gcom Software, an IT project management organization concentrated on state and local governments, will primarily focus on delivery of the Infor Public Sector Suite (Hansen) and Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The Infor Public Sector Suite is designed specifically to help public organizations provide more responsive services to citizens by better managing everything from equipment maintenance and permitting to billing and emergency dispatch. By selecting Infor's integrated suite of applications, agencies can create a holistic technology environment for faster problem resolution through improved communication and collaboration backed by industry-specific capabilities.

Both Altum and CTEC, service providers dedicated to Federal government agencies, will now deliver multiple Infor technologies including Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (d/EPM)Infor Ming.le™Infor ION®Infor Talent ScienceInfor Human Capital Management (HCM) and Infor Approva Continuous Monitoring to customer agencies. Innovative and built on open standards, these platforms provide flexible deployment options so agencies can manage operations in the cloud, on premise or both. With a common user interface and the ability to integrate with both Infor and third-party systems, employees are equipped to make better-informed decisions through faster, easier access to critical data.

"Infor continually invests in resources for its partner community, which shows us that they recognize the mutual benefit of these relationships and are committed to equipping partners with the tools necessary to succeed," said Raj Ramesh, chief executive officer, CTEC. "Our in-depth knowledge of the public sector will allow Infor customers to capitalize on the skills and insight we've developed over the last twenty years, helping them to maximize their return on investment from leading technologies such as Infor ION and Infor Ming.le."
