ModuleWorks Receives National Award “Best IT employers 2015”

Once again, ModuleWorks has been confirmed as one of the best places to work! In the 2015 nationwide survey of IT employers across all of Germany, ModuleWorks is recognized as one of the 50 best employers in the IT industry for the 2nd year in a row.
ModuleWorks is a leading developer of CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) plug-in software components with headquarters in Aachen, Germany and three international subsidiaries. It licenses its components to other CAD/CAM software companies and academic institutions around the globe. These software components can be viewed as the building blocks that underpin many of the most popular CAD/CAM software products around the world.

The 3rd annual survey to find “Best IT Employers” for 2015 was organized by Great Places To Work® in co-operation with their media partner, Computerwoche. Great Place to Work is a global research, consulting and training organization that helps businesses develop great workplaces. Their research and Best Companies recognition programs take place in 45 countries on six continents and represent over 10 million employees’ voices, forming the largest and most respected employee survey worldwide.

Around 200 companies from the IT sector in 5 different company size-related sectors participated in this benchmark study to measure quality and attractiveness of the prevailing work culture by the Great Place to Work institute.
The independent survey involved anonymous employee evaluation by ModuleWorks employees taking in major topics such as trust, identification, team spirit, career development, salary, promotion of health and work-life-balance. In addition, the quality of human resources work and management work was also evaluated.
The award reflects extraordinary performance in the fields of trusted work relationships and the creation of attractive work conditions for employees. On 16th March there was a ceremony at CeBIT trade show Hannover where the best employers were honored.

“Our participation in the Great Place to Work benchmark study and the associated competition is important for ModuleWorks because it has provided an independent view of our company and work culture” comments Jens Beissel, Marketing & HR Manager at ModuleWorks. He also says “We are very pleased to be recognized for a 2nd successive year by our employees and the experts at Great Place to Work and we are delighted that we continue to carry the label “Great Place to Work”.”
