SteepGraph Systems has implemented the program management system for Dynamatic Oldland Aerospace which helps Dynamatic to manage the complete lifecycle of the aero structures manufacturing starting from loading large BOM from customer, linking tools, defining Integrated Master Project, defining sub projects with series of manufacturing processes for each part and setting dependency on tools, Jigs and sub-assemblies. This system enables Dynamatic to manage program at macro level as well as micro level with view of current work load on shop floor, QA and with vendors.
Entire process of part progress tracking is being used for FAI, Ramp-up and series production. With LOB reports, assembly dependency report, Jig wise reports, shipset reports and master IMS scheduling helps Dynamatic to present to accurate status to customer, prioritization and plan the activities.
