Aras®, the next leader in enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, today announced the expansion of the Center for Automotive Innovation (CAI) in Detroit, Michigan. The CAI combines Aras’s advanced PLM platform and open architecture with knowledgeable, specialized resources to provide automotive OEMs and suppliers around the world with best-in-class enterprise solutions to drive innovation and advance the development, implementation and adoption of emerging vehicle technology.
“We have established the Center for Automotive Innovation to address challenges the industry faces with advanced product and process innovation,” said Peter Schroer, CEO of Aras. Leading the efforts of the CAI is Bill Bone, CTO of Automotive Solutions at Aras. Prior to joining Aras, Bone was an IT Director at GM.
To celebrate the expansion of the CAI, Aras is holding an open house on Wednesday, June 24th.
