Desktop Engineering announces Tom Cooney as its new publisher. Tom will be taking over for Tom Conlon, former owner of Desktop Engineering who will be transitioning his current publisher role through September.

His extensive experience will help continue the Peerless Media tradition of producing high-quality content, engaged audiences and product innovation.
