To qualify for this award, companies must have been selected for at least five national Great Place to Work lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide and count at least 40 per cent of their global workforce (or 5,000 employees) outside of the company's home country. The Great Place to Work Institute has recognized Cadence in the U.S., Canada, China, Germany, India, Ireland, Korea and United Kingdom.
