InterSpec Inc. Announces Release of New InfoWare Product

InterSpec Inc., the industry leading provider of integrated construction specification software, has announced the release of their new proprietary InfoWare product.

InfoWare is designed to enable building product manufacturers to get up-to-date listings of current and on-going construction projects during the design phase – typically 6 months to 3 years before the project goes to bid. Most other products available provide an abbreviated version of this information post-bid only.

"From the early phases of the e-SPECS specification system design process we had data capture built in knowing that this up-to-the-minute spec info would allow an immediate bridge between BPM sales reps and designers.  Now we are excited to bring this new and ground-breaking technology to the market.  InfoWare provides the most accurate information available, as it draws pre-bid design stage data automatically from a proprietary automated specification management system that is updated in real time," said Gilles Letourneau, President and CEO of InterSpec Inc. "It lets you see where you are and where you are not specified so you can focus your efforts on new business opportunities.  InterSpec hopes to be in the fore front of providing a tighter knit community between all construction specifiers, building product manufacturers and contractors and this is the first stage in doing so."

InfoWare is easy to use. You can search by geography, by project type and by construction budget. Dashboards can be saved for quick reuse moving forward. It provides unique data such as project product specifics, including desired product features and accessories.

InterSpec provides software solutions and spec writing services built on its patented e-SPECS technology. For architects and engineers, e-SPECS saves time and cost while producing a higher quality project or ensuring your BIM models are coordinated with the specs. e-SPECS integrates directly with Autodesk Revit and supports all specification master libraries of MasterSpec®, US Dept. of Veterans Affairs, SpecsIntact Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), Canadian Master Specifications and offers the ability to integrate custom masters.
