International TechneGroup Limited (ITI) is pleased to announce a formal alliance between ITI and DIGITREAD, a Sandvika, Norway-based solution provider of PLM technologies and a value-added reseller of ITI CAD solutions for PLM migration projects.
There is pressure in the marketplace for the global and localized standardization of PLM and CAD solutions within many companies. CAD data conversion to support the re-use of data in a new design system is often a critical component of iPLM migration project. PLM solution providers need to provide their clients with tools to address the complex problem of CAD data conversion. ITI’s Proficiency software is an automated conversion technology used to transfer and preserve valuable design intelligence from a legacy CAD system into a new CAD format.
