Peter `t Jong is appointed CEO at Atos in Benelux & The Nordics. Peter will join the Executive Committee, replacing Rob Pols who has decided to pursue other personal interests.
Peter ‘t Jong is looking forward to his new function. “It is great to lead the company I started with 15 years ago. Atos in the Benelux & The Nordics, achieved a lot and implemented a strategy that was crucial in order to anticipate on changes in the IT industry.”
Since 2001,‘t Jong has been working at Atos in several functions and, until recently, as Executive Vice President Managed Services Germany. ’t Jong has a long experience within Atos, which ensures a smooth transfer of tasks and responsibilities as well as business continuity. ‘t Jong has indicated that he aims to accelerate the GROW strategy, focusing on innovation, enriched expertise of employees, and a new way of working with a strong customer focus.
In order to ensure a smooth transfer of tasks, responsibilities and client relationships, Rob will be supporting Peter until early 2017 in an advisory role.
