ECAD, Inc., an Autodesk Platinum Partner and a design technology and engineering solutions provider, announced that it is in the final phases to acquire Comm-Tech, of Boulder, Colorado. Comm-Tech, an Autodesk partner since 1992, currently specializes in civil engineering technology and professional services. The acquisition is expected to be completed on July 11, 2016.
