Eyelit Inc., a manufacturing software provider for visibility, control, and coordination of manufacturing operations for the aerospace & defense, discrete electronics, life sciences, medical device, semiconductor, and photovoltaic (solar) industries, announced today that Aurora Semiconductor has selected the Eyelit MES™ suite for use in its manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Aurora’s multichip module (MCM) facility focuses on offering advanced, system-in-a-package fabrication and other backend semiconductor processing services for microelectronic products. The pure-play, USA-based foundry services fabless companies in trusted military, industrial, medical and MEMS markets. The flexibility of the Eyelit MES™ suite is well suited for controlling the production and packaging of Aurora’s vast array of semi-custom analog, mixed-signal and high-voltage, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and microelectromechanical (MEMS) technologies.
