Strategic partnerships between Rimac Automobili, CADCAM Group, and Dassault Systemes were signed on November 28th, 2016 and are based on the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in the process of construction and the life cycle of the product. The growth of production and business expansion of Rimac Automobili demanded moving to the most advanced software solutions that enables quicker design, virtual simulation and facilitate the organization and preparation of the complex production of innovative products such as the Rimac cars.
The 3DEXPERIENCE platform will enable Rimac Automobili to work in a unique centralized database. The database allows access to information about the project and/or the product that originated in various stages of construction as well as a visual overview to all participants of the process of development and production preparation. CAD and PLM solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform will use over a hundred employees of Rimac Automobili, and will undergo training in collaboration with the 3DEXPERIENCE experts of CADCAM Group.
