Prosisoft GmbH will remain an independent company and continue to enhance its focus on developing its Microsoft Dynamics NAV hazardous substance management module (HSM). The HSM supports stronger integration with business processes relevant to New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) and in particular, regulatory and compliance needs.

It also strengthens Selerant customer support for German-speaking countries across the entire Selerant product suite inclusive of its Product Lifecycle Management software DevEX and its regulatory and compliance software The Selerant Compliance Cloud.
