As already disclosed, our holding company, Alpha Holdings INC., will absorb GRAPHIC PRODUCTS INC. and COMPUTER ENGINEERING INC. and be a new company “C&G systems Inc.”. The merger is expected to take effect on January 1st, 2010.

At the new company, we will continue to provide existing products and services of the two companies and merge technologies from both companies so that we will be able to offer optimized solutions for the entire die/mold industry focusing on CAD/CAM systems as a core. Furthermore, through a new network built by integrating both support systems, we aim to provide high-quality services to our customers.

On this occasion, we intend to develop into a company that can offer greater satisfaction to its customers through reflecting customers’ needs in product development more quickly and accurately. We will appreciate your further help and encouragement.
