The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP AG recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of €1.00 per share for the fiscal year 2013 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. This represents a year-over-year increase of €0.15, or 18% compared to last year’s dividend of €0.85.
