Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical B2B enterprise software solutions, announced the acquisition of OpsVeda, an AI-powered operations command center. Building on Aptean’s recent acquisition of Logility – a market-leading provider of AI-first supply chain management software – this latest move doubles down on Aptean’s vision for an autonomous, end-to-end supply chain platform. OpsVeda’s real-time, agentic execution capabilities will complement and extend Logility’s advanced planning and optimization solutions, helping customers move beyond static spreadsheets and siloed data toward continuous, AI-driven orchestration across the supply chain. The result is that businesses will be better positioned to eliminate operational blind spots, accelerate decision-making, and unlock unprecedented agility in today’s volatile environment. Logility applies advanced AI and optimization to demand, supply, and inventory planning, giving organizations predictive insights, visibility, and resilience. OpsVeda will add an agentic AI execution layer designed to continuously observe live operational data, reason over changing conditions, and take or recommend actions

PTC announced that Reditus Space, a manufacturing company focused on providing sustainable and scalable microgravity access as a service, has selected PTC’s cloud-native Onshape® computer-aided design (CAD) and product data management (PDM) platform to support the development of its reusable spacecraft and all supporting hardware. Initially introduced to PTC through the Onshape Startup Program, Reditus used Onshape to move rapidly from early concepts to flight-ready designs. As the company prepares for its first full orbital mission, ENOS Mk1, it transitioned to Onshape Government to help meet ITAR and EAR requirements without sacrificing speed. The ENOS Mk1 mission, launching aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rideshare, will deploy a reusable spacecraft into low Earth orbit, host commercial payloads, orbit for approximately eight weeks, and then return safely to Earth for recovery and reuse. “Onshape lets us move fast,” said Will Sherman, CTO and Co-Founder of Reditus Space. “From our first day in the Startup Program, we had full access to

Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced the release of the new Machine Learning Toolkit in the latest Keysight Device Modeling Software Suite. This new solution reduces model development and extraction time from weeks to hours, enabling faster Process Design Kit (PDK) delivery and Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) applications. The semiconductor industry is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by advanced architectures such as gate-all-around (GAA) transistors, wide-bandgap materials such as GaN and SiC, and heterogeneous integration strategies including chiplets and 3D stacking. While these innovations drive performance, they also create complex modeling and parameter extraction challenges. Traditional workflows rely on physics-based compact models and manual parameter extraction, forcing engineers to adjust hundreds of interconnected parameters across multiple operating conditions, a process that can take weeks and often struggles to achieve optimal results. With increasingly tight schedules, faster, more predictive, and automated artificial intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-driven modeling solutions are now essential. Keysight’s new Machine Learning Toolkit, featuring an ML optimizer,

iBase-t, the leader in digital manufacturing and sustainment solutions for Aerospace & Defense (A&D), announced the general availability (GA) of Solumina AI, the only artificial intelligence platform purpose-built for regulated A&D manufacturing environments. Alongside the platform release, iBase-t also announced GA of the first four Solumina AI modules: Solumina ScanAI, Solumina Digital SME, Solumina Intelligence, and Solumina PulseAI.  In Aerospace & Defense, general-purpose or “horizontal” AI assistants designed for broad business workflows are not just insufficient — they can introduce real risk. Without A&D-specific process context, governed data access, and traceability, generic AI can produce risks through inaccurate outputs, quality escapes, and compliance exposure in highly regulated environments. While many ERP and PLM vendors have rushed to bolt general-purpose AI onto their systems, iBase-t has taken a fundamentally different approach. Solumina AI is a governed, A&D-specific vertical AI platform embedded directly within the Solumina Manufacturing and Sustainment Operations Platform — the A&D industry’s operational system of record.
