PTC reported results for its first fiscal quarter ended January 3, 2015. Highlights Q1 Results: Non-GAAP revenue of $327 million, up 1% over Q1’14 non-GAAP revenue and up 4% on a constant currency basis; unfavorable currency movements vs. year-ago rates impacted revenue by approximately $12 million. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.50, up 1% year over year and up 12% year over year on a constant currency basis; unfavorable currency movements vs. year-ago rates impacted non-GAAP EPS by approximately $0.05. Subscription solutions bookings (1) represented 19% of License & Subscription Solutions (L&SS) bookings (2), above our guidance assumption of 15%. EMC Corporation today reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2014 financial results. Record fourth-quarter consolidated revenue was $7 billion, up 5% year over year. GAAP net income attributable to EMC was $1.15 billion, an increase of 12% compared with the year-ago quarter. GAAP earnings per weighted average diluted share was $0.56 in the fourth quarter, up 17% year over year. Non-GAAP 1 net income attributable to EMC was $1.4 billion, an increase of 10% compared with the year-ago quarter. Non-GAAP1 earnings per weighted average diluted share was $0.69, up 15% compared with the year-ago quarter. Full-year 2014 revenue was $24.4 billion, an increase of 5% year over year. Arena Solutions announced strong year-over-year growth from Q4 2013 to Q4 2014, with subscriptions increasing by 38%, capping off another record year for the company. For the entire fiscal year 2014, new customer subscriptions grew by 76% year over year.
