Infosys completed the acquisition of Panaya, Inc., a provider of automation technology for large scale enterprise software management. The acquisition is in accordance with the terms set out in the agreement announced on February 16, 2015. This acquisition will further strengthen Infosys’ dual strategy of Renew and New by enhancing the competitiveness of its current service lines by leveraging automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
