On July 1, 2017, CENIT AG purchased the shares of KEONYS S.A.S., Paris, to successfully conclude the acquisition of the company. KEONYS is a leading European reference partner for software integration in product lifecycle management (PLM) and 3D design based on software products by Dassault Systèmes. With 150 staff at ten locations in France, Germany and the Benelux countries, KEONYS generated sales of approx. 56 million Euros in 2016. The successful integration of KEONYS makes CENIT Group the most important international partner of Dassault Systèmes and the European market leader in the product lifecycle management field. As a result of the acquisition, CENIT is raising its growth forecast for the 2017 business year.
