Fujitsu today reported a profit for the first quarter attributable to owners of the parent of 6.8 billion yen (US$67 million), representing an improvement of 16.0 billion yen compared to the loss posted in the first quarter of fiscal 2013. 3D Systems Corporation announced today that its second quarter revenue grew $30.7 million, or 25%, from the prior year to $151.5 million on strong demand for its design and manufacturing printers, materials and services, resulting in second quarter GAAP earnings of $0.02 per share and non-GAAP earnings of $0.16 per share.
