Aurigo Software, the leading provider of capital planning and construction management software for infrastructure and private owners, announced the appointment of Marisa Landez as Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Landez will develop and execute the company’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design, culture, learning, and development. She will partner with senior management at the firm to create innovative workplace, performance, and talent programs aimed at increasing employee engagement while enriching their professional development and career pathing.
Landez brings to Aurigo 20 years of HR experience in consulting and technology, with expertise in areas such as human resource infrastructure and technology, compensation, benefits, and career guidance. Most recently, she led HR for multinational business consultancy Frost & Sullivan, implementing talent strategies across four global regions. She has coached and mentored high-performing teams aimed at delivering results to help organizations successfully scale.
