Andrew Foster, M.Eng C.Eng MIET, Senior Offering Manager, IBM Rational
Andrew Foster has more than 16 years experience working on a variety of large scale systems engineering projects at companies specialising in defence, aerospace, IT, and telecommunications. His industry expertise in systems engineering and complex engineering methods led him to join the software company Telelogic AB as a technical consultant specialising in requirements management. After Telelogic was acquired by IBM, Andrew took on a product management role in the IBM Rational brand working with strategic clients worldwide. More recently, Andrew has led a range of projects helping client’s transform their systems development approach using IBM Rational’s solution for systems and software engineering. Andrew is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering & Technology and a member of INCOSE.
