Addnode Group announces today that it has signed an agreement to acquire Addoceo AB (Addoceo), a supplier of case management systems for transportation services and IT-solutions for retail businesses and manufacturing industries. The company’s net sales amounts to SEK 15 m.
Addoceo's proprietary software Navet is used to manage cases related to transportation of people with mobility or cognitive difficulties. The system is used by many Swedish municipalities and regions.

Addoceo will be part of Addnode Group’s division Process Management and the acquisition is expected to be completed by July 1, 2024.
