PT Hana Fashion Targets 50% Efficiency Gains in Centric PLM

In six years, Hana Fashion has built a dynamic fashion business from Jakarta, launching across three direct-to-consumer brands: Hana Fashion, Bigins and Eraya. Operating through digital platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop, the company oversees design, sourcing, production, marketing and distribution in-house to maintain rapid response cycles in Indonesia’s competitive fashion industry.

To stay ahead of the market and deliver trend-right products that better serve customers, Hana Fashion saw the need to move beyond spreadsheets and adopt tools that shorten time to market and strengthen competitiveness.

Hana Fashion successfully implemented Centric PLM in just three months, going live ahead of schedule thanks to a dedicated core team and Centric Software’s commitment to the partnership. “We have seen several implementation demos before, but only Centric has proven to be the most straightforward and effective in its actual execution,” observes Febriyanti. “Centric understood our challenges immediately and guided us step by step, which made it possible to go live so efficiently.”

Since going live with Centric PLM, teams across R&D, pattern making and merchandising have integrated the platform into daily operations. The R&D team has seen the most dramatic improvements, particularly in costing workflows. “Having all BOM data in one place and visibility of cost scenarios has cut our turnaround time significantly,” remarks Febriyanti. “We are experiencing continuous progress and acceleration in data retrieval over time and have set our goal to make our processes up to 50% more time-efficient compared to before.”

“Right now, we roll out 300 to 400 styles a year,” shares Febriyanti. “With expansion in the pipeline and a centralized system to streamline workflows, we plan to double that.”
