Smart Glazier provides a purpose-built platform for glazing contractors, combining deep, vertical glazing expertise in design and configuration, with business management capabilities such as quoting, ordering, scheduling and invoicing. The Smart Glazier team brings deep domain knowledge of glazing contractors and their needs, which has supported the development of a strong market position and long-standing customer relationships.
The acquisition extends Cyncly’s existing strength in glass manufacturing and dealer solutions into the contractor segment. While contractors play a critical role in configuring, ordering, and installing glass products, they remain one of the least digitized parts of the ecosystem, often forced to use manual, disconnected processes. With Smart Glazier, Cyncly creates a seamless workflow from design to installation, resulting in a faster, more reliable experience for the end-consumer.
