Adrian Micu is the Senior Engineering Leader for CES Group, responsible for ensuring the company has the strategic and operational capability in place to achieve its high growth objectives. CES Group is North America’s largest manufacturer of industrial and commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, comprised of several operating business units, multiple brands, product lines and manufacturing operations.
