Agilent Technologies Inc. today announced that Mike McMullen, senior vice president, Agilent, and president of the company's Chemical Analysis Group (CAG), will succeed William (Bill) Sullivan as CEO on March 18, 2015. Sullivan will remain as an advisor through the end of the company's fiscal year, Oct. 31, 2015, when he will retire. As a first step in the transition, Agilent's board of directors has appointed McMullen president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Aras® today announced an OEM licensing program for its advanced PLM platform and technology. Under the program, global independent software providers (ISVs) can license, rebrand and repackage Aras’s proven capabilities as their own. ISVs can license the entire product lifecycle management suite or a subset of the underlying platform technology.
