American Software, Inc. reported preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2022. Key Fourth Quarter Financial Highlights: Subscription fees were $11.1 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2022, a 37% increase compared to $8.1 million for the same period last year, and software license revenues were up 153% to $3.1 million compared to $1.2 million for the same period last year. Cloud Services Annual Contract Value (ACV) increased approximately 26% to $48.2 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2022 compared to $38.3 million during the same period of the prior year. Total revenues for the quarter ended April 30, 2022 increased 21% to $34.6 million, compared to $28.6 million for the same period of the prior year.
