Dassault Aviation and Capgemini have announced the successful deployment and commissioning of a new software foundation leveraging SAP solutions at all of the aircraft manufacturer’s French industrial sites. CAM Market Grew by 7.4% in 2021 ANN ARBOR, Michigan, USA 28 June 2022—CIMdata, Inc., the leading global PLM strategic management consulting and research firm, announces the release of the 2022 CIMdata CAM Market Analysis Report (MAR), the thirtieth annual study of the global Computer-Aided Machining (CAM) market. CIMdata estimates that based on end-user payments, the worldwide CAM software and related services market grew by 7.4% in calendar year 2021. The estimated end-user payments grew from just over $2.2 billion in 2020 to just over $2.4 billion in 2021. Waltham Forest Council, based in East London, England, has selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to streamline operations. By using Oracle Fusion Applications for finance, procurement, and HR the Council will be able to improve insights, reduce costs, and enhance its employee experience. The implementation will be delivered by Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) member, Evosys. Serving over a quarter of a million people, Waltham Forest Council’s aging on-premises business systems had created time-consuming manual processes for employees and rigid reporting structures that impacted overall decision making.
