Tata Consultancy Services announced that it has been named as the Top Employer in Europe by the Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year. LEDAS Ltd. and ASCON today jointly announced the successful integration of ASCON’s C3D kernel into LEDAS Geometry Comparison technology. This is the first third-party component to benefit from the C3D kernel; previously, third parties had only developed CAD/CAM software as applications on top of C3D. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP AG recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of €1.00 per share for the fiscal year 2013 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. This represents a year-over-year increase of €0.15, or 18% compared to last year’s dividend of €0.85. WorkNC V23 continues the development of finishing toolpaths, which was completely revised in the previous version. Nicolas Lepetit, CAD/CAM Development Manager says: “This development has continued by focusing on the precision and fluidity of cutter trajectories along with component finish quality of its Remachining toolpaths.” In addition, V23 optimises the machining environment by introducing a toolpath transition feature. Autodesk, Inc. today announced that Qatar Rail has awarded a Building Information Modeling (BIM) services contract to the company in Qatar. Autodesk will provide BIM implementation, consultancy and advisory services to Qatar Rail towards the construction of a modern integrated railway network in the country.
