Sandvik has signed an agreement to acquire the Spain-based company Preziss, a cutting tools and solutions provider within high-precision drilling, reaming, milling and tooling systems. With the acquisition of Preziss, Sandvik will strengthen its offering towards the lightweight components of the automotive market. The company will be reported in Sandvik Coromant, a division within Sandvik Manufacturing and Machining Solutions. “I am very pleased that we continue to execute on our shift to growth strategy. Bechtle AG is creating an additional garden at its headquarters that will give its employees a total of 7,500 square metres of green space for meetings, working and breaks once an asphalt car park has been rewilded.
