4CAD Group announces the acquisition of PI3C, precursor since 2004 in providing PLM SaaS solutions to industrial companies. This external growth operation allows 4CAD Group to acquire the skills needed in the SaaS and benefit from the expertise and experience of PI3C in this area.
With this acquisition, 4CAD Group, leader in the distribution and integration of PTC in France, Belgium and Switzerland solutions, becomes the unique integrator to provide PTC PLM solutions in classic mode and also in hosted mode.
4CAD Group, unique integrator of the two information systems, PTC for PLM and SAGE ERP X3 for ERP, aims to provide in a short-term period to the industrial companies its global offering in hosting mode.
