After closing out 2013 with record revenues, Kalypso plans to continue its rapid global growth in 2014 after announcing a merger with DataSquare, a full-service product lifecycle management (PLM) consulting firm based in Hamburg, Germany.
Kalypso delivers services around the business processes and information technologies that enable innovation, including PLM. With the addition of DataSquare's expertise to Kalypso, the firm will be able to serve the growing demand for PLM in Europe with a deeper set of PLM consulting and implementation services.

The merger expands the firms' presence in the life sciences, high technology and industrial industries in Germany and in other European markets.
