Sia Langrudi leads Worldwide Strategy & Business Development for Siemens PLM Software. In this role he defines strategic direction, M&A strategy, solution strategy and definition, funding priorities, solution marketing, strategic business, and customer development.
Before moving to his current position, Sia was Vice President of Electronics & Semiconductor Industry Vertical for Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division. Sia and his team were responsible for the sales, solutions consulting, business development, and service of Siemens PLM’s solutions in the Electronics & Semiconductor market segment in the US.
Sia began his career with SDRC, where he held a series of positions with increasing responsibility in the Products Group. As a Director in the Products Group, he was responsible for design, development, and delivery of the company’s software applications for product modeling and design data management. He then moved into the sales organization where he was successful in growing the company’s business with several Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Siemens PLM Software’s Western region Sales, he and his team achieved significant successes in expanding the company’s presence in the Electronics & Semiconductor market segment, establishing Siemens PLM as a recognized leader in this space. Sia Langrudi is a graduate of Lehigh University.
