CIMdata is committed to Lawful, Fair, and Transparent processing

CIMdata will process personal data in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. CIMdata will process personal data only for legitimate purposes, and will not process data other than for legitimate purposes. The vendor of that database is in full compliance with current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services.

If a Customer's question or concern cannot be satisfied through this process CIMdata has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under US-EU Privacy Shield to an independent dispute resolution mechanism operated by the European Data Protection Authorities. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by CIMdata, EU individuals may bring a complaint before the data protection authority for your country.
