Huub Rutten, Vice President of Product Research and Design, Sopheon
Huub Rutten leads Sopheon’s business consulting group in EMEA and plays an integral role in the company’s ongoing product research. He was one of the founding members of Sopheon. Huub earned an advanced degree in Applied Linguistics in 1973. He subsequently worked for several institutes of higher education teaching linguistics and communications. He was a full-time adjunct professor at the European Institute for Public Administration (EIPA), a post-academic institute for research and high-level training. At EIPA, he was a permanent advisor to the European Commission, counseling them on IT and policy development.
