Emily Riley is Senior Technology Manager within GTECH, the global center for technology creation of General Mills, Inc. She leads the Disruptive Technology team, a group of connected innovation scouts charged with developing enabling technologies to support business growth. Formerly, she was Connected Innovation Catalyst in the General Mills Worldwide Innovation Network (G-WIN) Connected Innovation team where she led connected innovation initiatives, working closely with Innovation Entrepreneurs and R&D scientists on defining and solving technical problems to deliver on consumer and business needs.
Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Xavier University and a master’s degree in biological sciences from Miami University.
