Petri Hassinen, post-graduate student, on leave from KONE Corporation
Petri Hassinen has over 15 years of practical hands on experience and leadership experience in harmonization, transformation, and IT enablement of digital product processes. Petri has been responsible for KONE Corporation’s (KONE) PLM strategy and master data management. He has been member of the IT management team since 2009. For the past two years Petri was the head of basic 24/7 IT operations including end-user services, networks, and computing for KONE.
Petri is a co-founder of Jiglabs, a fast-moving start-up company which focuses on enhancing performance by the use of Artificial Intelligence. Recently, Jiglabs has successfully deployed convolutional neural networks-based AI solutions to its first customers and the journey continues with intense pace.
Petri is currently a post-graduate student at Aalto Executive and Aalto University focusing on Global Leadership, Digitalization and IT/ business technology management. He plans to return to corporate business environment Q2/2018 while cherishing the precious start-up culture. Petri holds an M.Sc. in Manufacturing Technologies and Product Development from Helsinki University of Technology.
