Tecsys Inc., an industry-leading supply chain management SaaS company, announced its results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal year 2022, ended April 30, 2022. All dollar amounts are expressed in Canadian currency and are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Accenture has completed its acquisition of XtremeEDA, an Ottawa-headquartered silicon design services leader. Accenture had announced its intent to acquire XtremeEDA on June 27, 2022. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
