Jean-Christophe Bertrand's a Digital Program Manager at Mersen. After being involved in Sales, Marketing, Operation, and Product Management, Jean-Chris was asked to investigate “Best practices to share Product Data with Mersen’s Customer”. Based on his findings and recommendations, he led a team to define requirements, find proper software platforms to create and manage product data from conception to point of use. Jean-Chris managed the PIM implementation Project. For Jean-Chris product life cycle does not stop when engineers are done with the design and production is rolling products out. Our products will only be found if they have a digital counterpart so we can help Mersen customers build their e-commerce platform using our product data. It is important to leverage information created by engineers as well as Product Managers to give a digital life to our Products.
