Mike Carlton, Director of PLM Strategic Growth at GE Aerospace, has 28 years of experience implementing and managing ERP and PLM systems. He has a deep understanding of both supply chain and engineering processes, as well as the systems used to digitize these processes. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. He is a Six Sigma Blackbelt and was PMP certified. Recently, Mike led GE Aerospace’s PLM Transformation to relocate Engineering Definition to a new PLM system and is now focused on championing projects that improve Digital’s responsiveness to business needs, reducing outage time, and enhancing productivity through AI.
