Dion Hoare is a Chartered Engineer and ITIL Managing Professional. Dion has diverse and extensive experience in engineering, software development, systems engineering, and service support. Dion has led complex engineering teams and functions from strategy formulation to secure disposal.
Dion has a proven record of technology utilisation to effect business change and performance improvement across large and complex organisations. He is responsible for ensuring product/service safety, security, and integrity are at the forefront of our Engineering considerations.
During his extensive career, Dion has led and managed teams within the military and, for the last twenty years, in commercial environments. Currently, Dion is the Head of Engineering across five business Units in BAE Systems Digital Intelligence while retaining the Head of Operations Role of the Digital Asset Management group.
