Edward Ladzinski has over 40 years of experience and expertise in engineering including research & development, systems engineering, product engineering, and manufacturing engineering.
Mr. Ladzinski established E. A. Ladzinski and Associates L.L.C. to assist businesses with their education, development and deployment of Systems Engineering concepts, infrastructures and best practices across all industries. Prior to establishing E. A. Ladzinski and Associates L.L.C., Mr. Ladzinski was employed by the IBM Corporation (IBM) and retired after 32 years of service with highest performance ratings for systems engineering, research & development, product engineering, marketing, and simulation management. He led a special international analysis and simulation team while on assignment in Paris, France.
After his retirement from IBM, Mr. Ladzinski led the systems engineering initiative for Dassault Systèmes in North America for four years.
Mr. Ladzinski is a member of the NAFEMS Americas Steering Group and also sits on the steering committee for the INCOSE/NAFEMS Systems Modeling and Simulation Working Group (SMSWG). He is the Co-Founder of the NAFEMS Stochastics Working Group (SWG), Simulation Data Management Working Group (SDMWG), and the new Systems Modeling and Simulation Working Group (SMSWG), which is a joint venture of both INCOSE and NAFEMS. Mr. Ladzinski also serves as the chairman of the COE Analysis & Simulation division and was awarded the prestigious position of COE Fellow in 2013.
Mr. Ladzinski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and performed graduate studies in engineering and business at RIT and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, respectively. He is a long standing member of the National Academic Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi.
Mr. Ladzinski also serves in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and is the Vice Flotilla Commander (07-10-10) and Flotilla Staff Officer for Public Education (FSO-PE). He is also both an instructor for Navigation and serves as a federal Vessel Examiner.
